The Conference fee – 40 € will cover: conference pack (Conference programme, Conference Proceedings on CD), refreshments and coffee breaks, welcome cocktail on 21 April, and lunches on 22 and 23 April.

Additionally, participants who want to have their extended, peer-reviewed papers published in the JoLIE journal or a reputable international publisher will have to pay apublication fee of 40 Euro.

The social programmes on Thursday, Friday and Saturday are optional and are charged individually (per table above). A minimum number of participants is required for the trips to be organised.
